Lotor’s Gambit Update
The new chapter is up for Lotor’s Gambit which happens to be the wedding chapter. Took me longer to write than I thought but I think that it turned out pretty ok. Please let me know what you think.
I would also like to start a little comment tradition. If you could let me know what your favorite line is from that chapter, I think that it would add to the fun. I’m not all about the one liners but I do appreciate irony and plain old good diolog. Thanks!
Episode Observations
I’ve been watching through the series again on Netflix and I have noticed a couple things.
In the bridge episode, Allura makes reference to another kingdom on Arus called Helina and that Altair and Helina were once at war. Interesting, so Arus wasn’t always a utopia. When Allura asked which of the Voltron Force wanted to help her reenact the two lovers onthe bridge, Keith didn’t even show interest. He just said no, he’d worry about security. No love for Allura there on Keith’s part aside from doing his job. Late in that episode Lotor makes mention of wanting to make Arus great again to make Allura happy and when she threatened to kill herself, Lotor stopped making advances on her. I think that shows some form of legitimate feelings on Lotor’s part.
In the buried castle episode, Pidge meets up with a group of kids and they share a little adventure. The girl in the group is named Morgan and is the only one of the three to get a name in the episode. Pidge, who is 16, also holds her hand trying to pull her out of the castle and get her from danger. What 16 year old wants to hold hands with a little girl unless there is a little puppy love there? (Or she is his sister?) Morgan could be ten years old and when she gets old enough, she and Pidge might be good for one another.
Also in the buried castle episode, Coran makes mention of a Robot War long ago. That supports my line of thinking that Alfor wasn’t as peace loving as Allura remembers him. Why else would he have built battle lions?
Just some observations.

Whew, this one is a little longer than normal and I had to look up the definition of some words for proper usage. I think that this works pretty well for the story so far. The next chapter should be the wedding and possibly the wedding night.

New Chapter – Lotor’s Gambit
I wrote a new chapter for Lotor’s Gambit. I hope that you enjoy it. Feed back is appreciated. I’m going to keep writing. Maybe I can get another chapter up soon relative to how often I’ve been posting as of late.

Slight Re-Write
I did a little bit of an edit on chapter one of Broken. I fixed some errors and changed a little bit of it. I think that I have the tone of the chapter better and it’s a little less rushed at the end. I might move onto chapter two or return to another fic that I’ve already started.
I may have a little more time to write coming up as my position at work is being eliminated due to a restructure. I am hoping to find another position with the company soon. If not, its unemployment for me.
Broken
I posted the begining of a new novella called Broken for the Voltron Fandom. I don’t think that I like the tone of the chapter. I don’t think that I did very well with the description. I”m not really in the mood to write but I wanted to get something down on paper.

Holy Crap
I can’t believe that it’s been so long since I posted something there. Ugh.
I’ll try to get something written this weekend, since I have a 3 day weekend. Probably not Lotor’s Gambit or Allura’s Lament, Lotor and Allura for sure though.
